“Is my data used to train the models?”
No. By default it is not used by the AI providers. What your people type is used for the answer and for nothing else, on every request. The team owner can switch this off in the team settings if you ever need to.
“Which models are included?”
Every model in the account, on every plan. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok, plus DeepSeek, Mistral, Meta and more, including the most capable models and deep research. No plan charges extra for a model; a heavier model simply uses more of the seat's monthly usage. New models are added as they are released, on the same seat.
“How are seats billed?”
Standard from $25 and Premium from $100 per seat per month, billed annually, three seats minimum. Monthly billing is available. Pay-as-you-go seats are $8 plus usage under a budget you set. Cancel and the next period does not bill. When someone leaves, their seat stays open for you to give to someone else. Seats still empty at the next bill are removed from it automatically.
