Remove content shared without consent

If an intimate image or video of you was shared on Nova Search without your consent, including a fake made with AI, you can ask us to remove it under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act. You don't need a Nova Search account.

If a shared chat shows the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, email the link to the chat to safety@novasearch.ai and also report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline. Don't download, copy or forward the content, and don't send it to us: the link is enough.

Intimate images: how to ask

Email safety@novasearch.ai with:

  • the link to the shared chat;
  • a short description of the image or video, so we can find it (please don't send the image itself);
  • a sentence saying you believe in good faith that it was shared without the consent of the person shown;
  • your contact details;
  • your full name, typed, as your signature.

You can also send a request for someone you are authorized to act for.

Intimate images: what happens next

We reply to confirm we received your request. Within 48 hours of a complete request, we remove the image or video and any identical copies we can find, and we tell you what we did, or why we couldn't.

Other reports about a shared chat

To report anything else about a shared chat, email safety@novasearch.ai with the link to the chat and a sentence saying what is wrong. No signature is needed. We review every report, act on what breaks our rules or the law, and reply to tell you what we did.
